To overcome this problem state-owned telecom company BSNL has introduced a prepaid plan of its customers at just Re.1. This offer validity is for 24 days.   However, this is a First Recharge Coupon (FRC) provided by the company. The first recharge coupon simply means that the company will give this offer only to those customers who are buying a new SIM card. This plan is available all over India. Under Re. 1 plan users get unlimited voice calling along with 1GB of data for 24 days. Users also get the benefits of 100 SMS per day. Note that any customer can avail this plan only once. If you want to get it again, you need to get a new SIM card. To keep the old SIM card active, the next recharge will have to be done through regular prepaid plans available across the country.
